"All was wonderful! We had been advised ahead of arrival what to expect since they were still recouping from storms Helene & Milton. However, all was very clean, property as well kept as could be expected. We were on 4th floor, long walk to room from Only elevator that was working. Started using stairs and all was fine! Will revisit when in TPA again! Better choice than a hotel! Management company PMI South Tampa was WONDERFUL! ."

"Please update your listing stating that since the hurricane, there are things on the property still not available, sun deck, beach area.More dish towels and cloths would be nice. We only had one dish towel. A storage area in the bathroom would be nice or have the linen closet unlocked for use. Pizza pan and cutter along with a few more sets of Silverware would be nice along with salt and pepper. More garbage bags too, as we only had one. "

"Great trip, great location, close to everything. Our trip was after the second hurricane so the property wasn't in the best shape but the condo was great. Pros: Location Check in and out was easy Condo was clean and comfortable Great view from the balcony. "I will definitely be coming back! It was super cozy, my son loved the heated pool and I loved the tiki bar by the pool! We had an ocean view, with a nice balcony to relax on. Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed! Rich and Marion were super nice, and responsive! They even called to make sure we were all settled in and everything was good!"

"Hubby and I needed a space to crash for a couple of days before our cruise departed plus it was my bday. Had a good enough time for what we needed. Grabbed a bite to eat at the bar near the pool and at a few local restaurants. Delicious! Definitely need a car as there are not too many places to eat/attractions near condo. "

"Stayed fo 18 days. Everything was clean beds were comfy very well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view was fabulous overlooking lake wildlife was very entertaining. Enjoyed sitting on patio watching evening Florida storms and water fowl Honestly didn’t want to leave. Will stay again if opportunity arises. Thanks to the host!"
