"This hotel does not look at all like the photo. There is no complementary breakfast like stated and our room barley had a window it was just shutters. There were also amoke burns everywhere making it feel unsafe. I unded up purchasing sheets from target to cover the bed. Thankfully no bugs of any kind and free parking. "

"Freezing in lobby and restaurant but impressed by the hotel overall. Frequent tram pickup to and from the airport. Great staff. Very good restaurant and welcoming bar - cool modern decor tons of places to sit and chat with friends - very lovely furnishings- immaculately clean everywhere. Rooms included "
