"The hotel was clean but not very secure. I noticed a few people who didn’t use a code to enter the building while waiting for the elevator. I didn’t get good sleep, every few minutes I was woken up by loud traffic, homeless screaming, dogs barking, sirens and other random, unsettling noises. I couldn’t use the ear plugs because I needed to hear my alarm in the morning to make it to the airport on time. "

"This is one of the best hotels i have srayed in. I travel often always looking for safe , clean, quiet hotel. Did not dissapoint. The only thing is parking fee of 30 dollars a day, i think that is excessive fee, considering you can pay $$$ for hotel a night. It would be nice if the hotel considers the more nights you stay than maybe give discount on parking. "

"The stay was good. However, it’s kind of unusual to get to the room and get out of the building. The lobby is in 70 floor. We need to get up to 70th floor to check in, and take the elevator to the room. When you are leaving the building, you have to get to 70 floor first before going down to 1st floor. "

"Our room was spacious and had a great view. The bus to and from Universal was clean and timely. The staff were professional and nice and the breakfast buffet was yummy."
