"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The orchid garden is peaceful and sublime. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, Jose and Claudia, to check out was fantastic. Housekeeping was excellent with superb attention to detail, the wait staff were patient and knowledgeable and the beach staff was accommodating and friendly. The night security guard even got cushions for us so we could stargaze in comfort! It was a wonderful visit for me and my elderly parents....

"The place was very convenient to the beach. Uber driver knew exactly where it was. Check in was a bit off, as they did not give directions how or where to check in. Only a big sign saying Welcome…We asked some people sitting in the attached restaurant, and one obviously worked at the hotel and got the manager who checked us in.
