This was my 6th time staying here, so needless to say I like it here. This time though, the room given was a little older. The phone in my room didn’t work my whole stay. The shower was old and the spout was clogged, so water was spraying everywhere. I tried to get a different room, but was told that nothing was available.

Not a great experience, the staff was very nice. From there I believe I was given a basic room when I paid for the superior package. The room I was at room 1002 was like a motel, furniture was run down to the point the fridge in the cabinet couldn’t be closed and missing the floor of the cabinet, there is a lot of roaches under the furniture, bathroom shower was very small with mold and no hot water, no place to hang towels, the towels were old and beaten up. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillow very uncomfortable. To the end the phone did not work in the room. I was never able to make a reservation on a restaurant as the hotel had me only staying until Sunday and apparently I didn’t have guarantee reservations due to that reasons. Please look into my package and refund me for having the wrong package.

This was my family and I first experience together, I thought it was going to be fun and was highly excited for some fun nights and i was wrong all the way… the rooms were very out dated, there wasn’t no fun activities especially if you weren’t a VIP! Everything close’s early. Some of the worker were nice while others were very nasty.

Not the best., staff is very friendly on the casa Blanca buffed ,but the room needs a deep cleaning the bathroom walls are dirty toilet bowl also dirty floor feels sticky the closet doors are rusted mirror also rusted is just ok it needs some TLC my room was 4021 it was nearly the buffet in the night is too loud between 1:00 and 3:00the music is too loud on the bar are for the sack time and bar .

Great experience, me and my family had a great time, they had activities for kids and adults, food was good, the place is beautiful different pools and the location is perfect right in front of the beach, the only thing I would like is for them to have a better Disco or night club option.

Staff overall was amazing. Property well maintained. Buffets were delicious. Choices of restaurants were 5 stars. We had reservations every night at a different restaurant and all we attended were great meals. The maguc show and foam party were the highlights of the trip. We also did a an excursión (Buggy Tour) and we had a blast.I will definitely go back.
