"This is my first time booking a non-VIP package and it was not a good experience. Most of the amenities cater to members, chairmans and owners. Something as simple as a cone of icecream. Since it was raining, there wasn't any activities nor entertainments for non-VIP guests. I could not get into any of the restaurants for dinner because the booking caters to the above listed and to those certain agencies. "The staff was the most accommodating, friendliest people. They go above and beyond to make your stay the best it could be. I can’t stay enough about the hotel staff. It was a breath a fresh air dealing with them as compared to some of the staff at another resort we had come from. I understand they are doing renovations on the Skyline Hotel and I’m sure it will all be very nice when complete.
