"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The orchid garden is peaceful and sublime. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, Jose and Claudia, to check out was fantastic. Housekeeping was excellent with superb attention to detail, the wait staff were patient and knowledgeable and the beach staff was accommodating and friendly. The night security guard even got cushions for us so we could stargaze in comfort! It was a wonderful visit for me and my elderly parents....

"Had a great time at the property and the food was great too. The number of restaurants were limited though and they all aren't open always so had some terrible getting some bookings in. The guest help desk was able to hook us up with some reservations when we requested them but couldn't get it ourselves on the app. Overall experience was great and the staff was very accommodating but I wish they had more number of events throughout the day (especially in the open) to keep the Caribbean vibe...
