"Me and my wife went here for our honeymoon. We enjoyed the staff a lot. The food was really good as well. We went Monday-Friday and as we were leaving there was a flood of locals coming in (nothing against the people but it looked so crowded) I suggest booking most days during week if not all. Melvin was great. He hooked up my room w roses champagne and fruits for my wife. "

"Excellent Place to Stay and enjoy a Few Days of Beach, Pool, Sun, and activities. Friendly Staff, and very accommodating... The only negative is they ask me for a deposit for an umbrella. Very silly like. They could charge it to our room if we do not return it. That's probably because of the locals, stealing stuff!!! I highly recommend this location!"

"It's great, near everything. Waking distances from everything. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi. The rooms are clean. Friendly staff. They don't have shuttle busses to the airport. Taxi is 25USD to go to the airport from the hotel."

"The property was everything that was shown on Expedia. This resort was clean, safe, fun, and the food was delicious. But the hotel did not honor their free shuttle service to and from the resort. I had to pay an additional $35.00 for a taxi to the airport when it clearly states free shuttle rides. Please tell this property on your site to remove this service as an free amenities if they do not plan to honor what they advertise. Whom do I contact to get my refund of the taxi fare of $35.00"

"Hear me out. I am the pickiest of travelers, and we LIKED this place. I would attribute it to the atmosphere. This a fun and happy hotel. The rooms: We got a room on the third overlooking the ocean, and it was fantastic. That building has a small elevator which took us up to our room. The room had tall ceilings and stayed exceptionally cold. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Give our rooms a high mark. The bar service was excellent. They moved the lines fast....

"I visited these resort every year for almost ten years. The people that work in these resort are the best. They pay attention to detail and make you feel good. The only bad thing is the guests smoking everywhere there is not a smoking policies. And the roomsneeds improvement. Wh have prombles with the showers it only have hot water. And little water pressure. Other than that I enjoy my stay. "
