My wife and me didn't like the silverware on top of the placemat because everyone touches and cough on top of those. Also, the property had a lot of roof water leak that needs to be fix around the property. We love the staff and service provided by them.

Things that are great: updated showers with great water pressure, cabrese salad at the Italian restaurant, lots of beach seating, the beach, the pool and lots of seating. The Mexican restaurant is the best restaurant. Not so great: out room was dirty but they tried to make it right, they sell you hard on becoming a member ...time share stuff and then are not nice to you when you say no, the food is not great and they can be the rules on what restaurants need reservations in the middle of your stay and then don't tell you. The staff is also not the friendliest. Overall a 3.5 star resort.

The property is not properly maintained and cleaned during the day. The pool is probably the dirtiest pool I’ve seen at a resort and I’ve stayed at multiple resorts in the Caribbean. At the Italian a la carte restaurant, we did not even know who our waiter was, so we had to chase down multiple waiters to be able to order things. There was garbage scattered all over the beach and the staff did not pick it up, I actually saw some of the guests go around and try to pick some of it up. Our room had a strong smell of humidity and cigarettes so they gave us a new one after multiple talk with the front desk. Once they gave us the new one, the room phone didn’t work and neither did the locked safe. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

The resort was very nice and the room was clean. We went with three children 14, 9 and 1 year old and they enjoy every minute of the vacation.The entertainment was excellent all day long and the food throughout the day was great, from the buffet to the restaurants. If you go take money for tips because if you don’t tip everyone that serves you they will ignore you the next time they see you, we learned that the first day.

They do not put wash clothes in the room so if you do not bring your own you have to ask every day. They do provide glass bottle cokes and sprites and rum in the room but the bottle opener is level and sprays half the beverage on you. When we asked for a handheld opener they stated there wasn’t one. The room was very clean and nice except the phone broke on day two and was never fixed. The app is good for finding out what is going on but requests are not checked. We asked for a bath sponge on day one and never received one.
