"We loved this property for our trip in early March! The water wasn’t as blue as the photos, however it was still clear if it didn’t rain that day and the beach was pretty. A little rocky in some areas but if you walked down the beach, it was clear! The food was excellent, the servers had excellent hospitality. "The place was very convenient to the beach. Uber driver knew exactly where it was. Check in was a bit off, as they did not give directions how or where to check in. Only a big sign saying Welcome…We asked some people sitting in the attached restaurant, and one obviously worked at the hotel and got the manager who checked us in. "This property is small compared to others we have been to in Punta Cana. It was exactly what we wanted though, great beach, great food and drinks, wonderful staff. If you want a lot of activities, this might not be the place for you but they do offer some. "We had a wonderful stay at Viva Heavens. Our room was spacious and had balcony. Food and drinks were decent. The main dining buffet does open late (6:30) so if you like to eat early this isn’t ideal. The beach area was clean and had plenty of loungers and had the option of being in the shade or in the sun. "After a very disappointed check in and a room with 2 beds instead of king bed as requested and a very bad ceiling leak all over the bathroom. I complained and Jose Angel Rivera & Jose Luis Gonzalez (VIP Dep.)changed my room very quickly and was very professional. Also the staff around was amazing. People like Leonel Perez Castillo and Mileidy Pinela Perez in Buffet Perla did a fantastic job servicing. I will go back to this place in the future. "
