"The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen appliances were top line and everything was nicely thought out. We had difficulty reading the hand-written wifi instructions but the owner was great and helped us quickly. Great communication. The yard/large patio/driveway, is very private and boasts an orange tree. The only drawback was the many appliances, from TVs to kitchen appliances, lining the patio and propped up here and there. You wouldn't want to sit out there and eat or sit. But other...

"The unit was very spacious with three bedrooms. We stayed for a month. The beds were comfortable and there was easy access to the unit. The main street of Imperial Beach is a fun spot with lots of places to eat and drink. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions I had. The only issues that we had were the cleanliness of the bathrooms upon arrival. The spa tub had mold and mildew which I tried my best to clean but the apartment could use a good cleaning from the top down."
