"All good"

"My family of 5 (wife and I, plus two 15 year olds and a 14 year old) had a wonderful time at this beach front condo. We were celebrating a few milestones in our family. Me turning 50, twins about to turn 16, and an anniversary to boot. We are not wealthy world travelers, so this was a very special time/opportunity for us that didn't disappoint. The location is very conducive to many tourist attractions. Thursday-(arrival date) smooth check in and scoped out the lay of the land after going to Grocery Outlet for supplies. We strolled the pier and my son thoroughly enjoyed playing basketball on the beach side court with some locals while taking the time to watch the sun set over the Pacific. My daughters enjoyed the outdoors fitness area and volleyball on the beach.Friday-enjoyed a short jaunt over to Coronado. Hotel del Coronado's craftsmanship is awesome and the beaches there truly sparkle. Enjoyed New York style pizza from Luigi's in IB(San Diego location featured on Triple D).Saturday - toured the USS Midway and dined in the Gaslamp district before taking in a Padres game at the very cool Petco Park.Sunday - shopped Las Americas Premier OutletsMonday - SeaWorld Highlight of the trip, even over the excursions, was listening to/viewing the ocean waves crashing while enjoying morning coffee and evening wine on balcony Fell asleep at night on couch a few times listening to the waves break. Nothing better, imo anyways. Host were very accommodating. *Check ocean conditions"

"Trip was nice. The ocean was closed because of pollution from the Tijuana river. Which we found out happens a lot for Imperial Beach. "

"Right off the beach being between wonderful restaurants and only a couple mins from the pier, a lovely location, the coffee is included! There is blemishes on the walls and corners of the room but nothing that alarms me, just the wear and tear. Overall when I’m in the mood to come back to IB I’ll try to book for here! :) "

"The condo was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Nice views of the ocean and a great location for doing whatever you might want to do. Excellent to walk as far as you like. Easy drive to San Diego, Coronado, Chula Vista, etc.Diane and Gary are the consummate hosts. Excellent communication from start, during and finish. They are always there if you have any issues or a question.It is nice to have an elevator from the garage which aids in moving in and out.We recommend this condo with the highest regard."

"I loved being next to the beach. The price was comparatively reasonable for location. There's even a little walkable coffee, breakfast and lunch place nearby called Katy's Cafe. But there are a ton of places to eat nearby and on Palm Ave. where my family lives. The building is very secure and the apartment is cozy but roomy too, and quiet. I didn't use the kitchen but it appears to have everything needed. "
