"It was horrible experience, we have no water in the room. They force us to pay before to fix it but they never do it . They don’t answer anymore from the moment they have the money. Even Ebooker can’t join them "

"The property and family that run it are great. I chose the property for it's quiet location after the chaos of Hanoi. Unfortunately construction work very near by was very loud during the day starting early in the morning and going on all day. Very sad for the business. They did provide ear plugs but didn't really fix the issues 🌺"

The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room.
