Perfectly located near all the activities in the Old Quarter. Great dining room with excellent food. The very best thing is the staff at all levels. The concierge staff are fantastic. They will find you , provide you or fix anything and everything you need . I have to mention Camellia , while everyone was wonderful she is amazing , beyond 5 star service ! Thank you Grande Hotel du lac , you made Hanoi a must return."
