"Loved our stay here in Vive. Breakfast- bread, oatmeal, eggs, muffins, alternating sausage/bacon/longanisa, coffee, hot and cold tea is a great plus as well as the complimentary use of beach chairs, umbrella and beach mats. Use of hotel resort fees that’s actually beneficial to guests. Short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, food trucks, and abc stores. Helpful and courteous staff. No swimming pool, hot tubs or gym. A short 5 minute walk to trolley stops. Will definitely come back to stay here...

"This property was well appointed, our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The walk to the beach was short. It would have been convenient to be closer to the nicer shopping but overall the location was good. "
