"Very conveniently located. Safe to stay. Bathroom washlet was broken and did not work. Balcony was not clean enough. Room does not have microwave even though the price of stay is so expensive. "

"No late checkouts available and checkout being 10AM is crazy early for a “resort”. They will hold luggage tho if needed. Valet took quite a while to retrieve vehicle. Dining options/bar decent. Staff is exceptional. Rooms could use some cosmetic touches. Paint/caulk, carpet. Very clean tho"

Our room is very clean and offered all the amenities we would want like robes and water. they want negative thing I have to say about the property is that you’d like to lay on Waikiki Beach you have to walk down two blocks to the sister hotel to use umbrellas and lounging chairs for the beach. they are complementary, however, which is also plus.
