"Great location, very close to Waikīkī beach. Everything was great except for the disappointing experience upon checking in. After a 6 hour flight, we didn’t feel an aloha welcome by whoever checked us in. On top of that, our request to be moved to a room with a better view was denied. This is a training issue with a single employee; everyone else were friendly. Room and amenities were great though. The complimentary Hawaiian coffee was always fresh which I loved. I’d recommend this hotel. "

"Would happily stay again! Staff and service were excellent! Parking wasn’t great, you have to park about 8 blocks away and then move your car every 24 hours. "

"This would be an average property, but the service provided was terrific. The staff was extremely courteous throughout our stay there. Everyone remembers your name and they go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. From. The front desk to the valets, everyone is professional, polite, and cheerful!"

"Staff was super friendly and the location was good as it was a bit further away from the busy Waikiki center. What I didn’t like was the resort fee which enabled you to receive certain things like beach bikes and chairs but of which I was never informed of. I was just told that there would be a fee which sounded like a standard fee to me. They charge this fee per day regardless of usage."
