"We stayed in a Grand Suite (I think that’s right. Was 2 BR/ 2 BA) because I wanted a kitchen and washer/ dryer. This place did not disappoint. Room felt like a luxury apartment. Balcony had beautiful views of the ocean. Everything for shopping/ dining is within walking distance. They supply very toiletry imaginable: q tips, cotton rounds, toothbrush and paste along with shampoo/ conditioner and body lotion, which are fabulous. "We make it out to Oahu every year for an expo. This time we decided to stay by the marina, closer to the venue. I noticed mixed reviews on this hotel, but they were one of the less expensive options in the area (all are pricey). I was pleasantly surprised by great customer service and attention to detail, in true Hilton property fashion. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. And while I did get an upgraded room thanks to my HH status, it was next to the elevator, so not the quietest...
