"We planned a last minute trip to HI from CA. For the 3 generation trip we got 2 rooms for what would’ve been a room price so the value was great. Location was good. I’m only talking about the room I stayed in. It still had the old slated glass windows and closer to the street so the noise was super loud. "Would happily stay again! Staff and service were excellent! Parking wasn’t great, you have to park about 8 blocks away and then move your car every 24 hours. "

"We booked a corner room on an upper floor, and it was wonderful! The room decor was stylish, yet comfortable. The staff was very attentive. Always a smile and greeting when we were in the lobby. Our bed was overly soft, and they immediately resolved it with a mattress change. The housekeeping staff was prompt and friendly. We loved everything about our stay at the Laylow, and will be back again! "
