"We opted for the top floor room for 4 people. Was a great stay. Breakfast was the highlight for my teenage kids, better than anywhere we could have went in the city. Staff went above and beyond during room service, even folding the clothing mess my kids left. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Superb location walking distance to Dotonbori and Osaka Castle. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Though the hotel is located downtown, you can’t hear much sound from the streets. Breakfast is so so. Staff are generally helpful."

"Loved this hotel. I was amazed on how much space was in the room. Everything about this hotel was awesome. The area, walking distance to shopping, eateries. The staff was very helpful. The subway station connected to the hotel below which was a plus. USJ about 30 mins away from this hotel when caching a taxi. "
