"Our room at The Portobello Hotel was huge and richly decorated...we loved spending time in it ,which is unusual for hotel rooms. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was very accommodating including keeping our bag as we went off to Egypt. Hotel is walking distance to Portobello market and lots of great restaurants and Holland Park!"

"Fab location, great spacious, comfortable studio flat. Very clean on arrival - gets cleaned again after three days (not super impressive cleaning then..). Single glazing means you do hear street noise but the location makes up for it. "

"Top floor but worth climbing the stairs to apartment 8 for. Clean and well equipped. Bedroom at rear so quiet. No air conditioning which would have been useful but a large fan in the bedroom certainly helped. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!"

Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains."
