"The hotel was good, the check in process was good and any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was discovering we were out in a room with an adjoining door to the next room - this meant we could hear quite a bit from their room, and at times they were noisy - they got up before we did, and we were conscious that they went to bed earlier than us. The bed wasn’t brilliant, I felt it was quite lumpy and uneven, and it also creaked and made noises when someone sat...
