There was a conversation about decorating the room with some balloons etc for my friend. This was also printed in the leaflet the hotel emailed to me, a few days before we checked in. "Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering. Ignore it there is none at all. The saving grace was the staff booking in who were very courteous and the 24 hour helpline who...

"Great location and well-equipped. However, it is a small studio (and the bathroom is tiny!) but for one person or a couple it's fine. The only real drawback is that since it is on the lower ground floor, you can hear the underground, other residents and street noise. Would stay again but prefer an upper unit."

"Small room, but good value for the area. There is a small elevator that is very slow, but does the trick for getting luggage to the upper floors. The staff is very nice and the place is immaculate. "
