"Great area right by the falls. Booked a room with the view of the falls and got a penthouse room. Everyone was nice, staff was helpful, parking is available at a small cost per day, it's self parking a few blocks away but there's a free shuttle at any time. Overall a great experience. "

"Our stay was to celebrate our daughter's wedding. Our room, and that of the party travelling with us was upgraded beautifully. The rooms are stunning! All the staff we interacted with--behind the desk, housekeeping, and at the restaurant were lovely, welcoming and accommodating. The fresh ground coffee from the station in the lobby was delicious, as was the daily breakfast delivered to our rooms.
