"Parking lot was covered in dangerous ice. I blame the snowstorm but it was scary walking from my car to the entrance. The room itself was also very cold inside. Staff were able to provide an extra blanket which helped. Room was very tidy and had everything we needed inside. Very friendly customer service"

"So the room itself wasn’t bad, we stayed at one of the lower units outside not the new addition, not dirty didn’t smell, but the AC unit was breaking off the wall so there was a freezing cold draft at all times.
