"The property is cute. Staff was great with the exception of the Saturday evening desk clerk, he was rude and dismissive. The Saturday morning and Sunday morning desk clerk was so sweet and helped me set up a nice surprise for my daughter who was getting married that day. It is too bad the night desk clerk had to be so unreasonable at their check in. It was great that the hotel was allowing evacuees have their animals there. They should consider being pet friendly year round. "

"Staff was friendly, breakfast offered was simple( cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit and waffle) but was good. Clean rooms, with small signs of aging, a little rust on the towel racks, but overall comfy bed and very soft sheets "

"This is an excellent option for a night before your early morning flight out of LAX. It has everything, plus the rooms are spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the shuttle dependable. There is a bar and restaurant as well as a small coffee shop with salads and sandwiches. "
