"This was a great place to stay for going to universal studios. Kudos to the transportation driver who shared how to walk to universal…. It’s actually much shorter than we thought but having directions (maybe printed) would be very helpful! without his guidance we wouldn’t have ditched the line for the ride back. Joshua is very friendly and professional, we observed him help many guests, keep him around. Thankful to the housekeeping for leaving us extra coffee when we asked. Also the TP is in an awkward spot so we just set a roll on the counter. but that’s truly nit picking because everything was pretty great. We were told the pool is heated but even in the 80 degree weather in the middle of the day, it was too cold for us to swim in. The hot tub tho thankfully helped thaw after attempting to jump in. This was a great trip overall, thank you! "

"This was my first time in LA, so I really had to depend on reviews to find a place to stay for the 1.5 days I was here. The STILE did not disappoint. The room was clean, the place itself was clean. I loved the espresso cafe one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. Raspberry cream cheese danish amazing. The staff was friendly. I was afraid because of how low the bed was that it would be uncomfortable and it was not. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was perfect for me. Comfortable walking distance to a lot of places. If I had to complain about anything it would be the elevator. As far as if it wanted me to put the code in or not. Sometimes it would move without the code other times it required the code. Also, the outside noise ( they do provide a white noise machine and ear plugs which did help a little ) I know they can’t control this , being woken up @ 7am by a lady yelling at the top of her lungs at someone was a bit much. Would I stay here again? I plan on it ! "
