Neighbourhood isnt great, there was a homeless man sleeping outside the front entrance when we left in the morning. I am pretty certain he tried to get in the communal hallways to the rooms during the night but the door only opens...

"The property needs some maintenance. The room was large and the parking rate was reasonable. The bedding cover was lightweight and it would have been nice to have a blanket for some warmth. The location was perfect for an overnight stay before a cruise out of the port of Los Angeles. "
