"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "Great food in charming hotel. Would have awarded 5 stars if hotel did not continue to run out of certain items on menu/bar. Also breakfast service was not great on first day as waiting ages for order without tea coffee delivered , waitress was unwell but when paying top dollar for food an lodging I expected premium service."
