"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "We were in room 1, wheelchair accessible with walk in wet room, the wet room had blackness around the tiles and plug area, needs bleached and there is no fan to get rid of the steam, but room was nice, huge bed, comfortable and all staff were so nice.
