Location and value for money are excellent. Have stayed here several times before an early morning flight. Rooms are small and dated but staff are friendly and helpful. Very nice lobby bar also

Loved the convenience of our stay here especially before flying, just a walk across the street and you’re at the airport! Rooms were clean however the staff (including those at the reception) could be a little more welcoming and friendly, a smile can go a long way.

Two single beds squashed together DOES NOT make a King bed - its practically a con. The drainage in the bathtub/shower is deplorable - practically non-existent. Surely you guys could do better.

We discovered after check in that the room heating was broken and a portable radiator had been put in place, which was not very effective. Consequently the room was cold overnight. Guests leaving rooms, presumably for early flights, let doors slam shut which kept us awake from about 3am. Finally, the breakfast was really poor - horrible hot buffet of greasy, fatty foods. The croissants had all gone by 8am, and the coffee and other remaining foods were all poor. A disappointing stay at what is meant to be the better class hotel at GLA.
