"Having to exit 1 elevator,walk through an entire floor to get to the elevator/stairs to get to my room wasn't ideal. Being on the 6th floor, the room was very warm. The staff, dining and bar area were exemplary and so helpful. Great location for local sites, great food and easy walks."

"Perfect location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very busy hotel and cleaning for and lobby area and lobby access washrooms wasn’t very good. Wifi was terrible. When I inquired I was told there was no issues, it was my phone. When I inquired again, a woman apologized and confirmed there are frequent issues. "

"Nice clean room and shower room . Friendly staff . Good selection for breakfast . Great loction for the city centre . The shower room would havd been perfect if there was a heated shower rail , did feel rather cold , and the water ftom the shower tray slmost overflowed . Overall this hotel is good value for Edinburgh and would reccomend anyone to givd it a go . "
