"Hotellet lå i en kortere gangdistance fra centrum, hvilket var dejligt. Personalet var meget imødekommende og servicemindede. Selve værelset var ikke det allerbedste. Det var ikke komfortabelt at sove der. Sengen var meget hård og puderne var flade. Badeværelset var i ringe stand. WC-rulleholderen hang ret løst, toilettet lækkede og bruseren trængte til at blive skrubbet, for at få skimmel af mellem fliserne."

"We were very happy to experience this hotel. It is perfectly located near Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, in walking distance. It is a a very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable modern hotel with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It even had parking which is hard to find. Very nice as well as conveniently located!"
