"Nice stay at the hotel and it is very central. There was one member of staff in the bar that wasn’t very pleasant when we asked for a hot chocolate at night time and had asked a question about juice who was quite rude but apart from him the staff were all lovely and helpful. "

"The location is excellent it was easy to find and accessible to many places around Edinburgh. The underground rooms were quieter and dark for a good sleep, we felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. The flexibility to come in and go anytime was a bonus. The extended car park was also very handy. The limited dining was a downer for us as we had no breakfast on site. Overall the property meets all the basic requirements for coaches and brief weekend getaway."
