"I cannot anything but wonderful things about the Roseate hotel and staff. They are top-notch, and so accommodating! We arrived early after a red-eye and they made sure our room was ready and gave us a latte and cappuccino as we checked in. They honored all the VIP benefits, including free parking, a bottle of wine, and free continental breakfast. Beautiful homes and location that is on the bus line and walkable to all the sites. I highly recommend!"

"Walking distance from the Haymarket station. A few minutes of walk will take you to lots of dining options, Edinburgh castle and Waverly station. "The place is ok. But the staff were difficult to find if at all And although it does say on the web-site after paying £400 you have to pay £10 per day for parking. Which I think is a bit cheeky "

"No access to WiFi. No parking. No breakfast. No outlet in the bathroom. Bathroom mirror is the only one in the entire place. Kitchen filthy and muggy smelling. Second bed has no blankets and dirty coverless duvet was on the floor in the closet. Sheets were clearly not washed as they had hair and dirt in feet area. Instead of putting tacky mints out why not wash the sheets? Closet space was a standing nylon thing they fell over when touched it. We stayed one night out of the two booked, only...
