"The staff were very friendly, from dealing with ad-hoc requests, to an efficient breakfast process. Water bottles in the room (and Scottish shortbread!) were replaced daily without charge, with daily room cleaning on offer. The location is also good, with a Tesco Local a one-minute walk and Haymarket Railway Station and tram stop around a 10 minute walk. There were a few marks on the carpet, but the hotel had new rolls of carpet ready to install, which I assume will replace the stained...

"We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and had a comfortable stay. Room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Bathroom was great but shower pressure was quite low. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was fine. All staff we engaged with were friendly and hospitable. There were lots to choose from on the menu. Parking was available but does come at a cost of £10 a night, but at least it was onsite parking. "

"A nice piece of heritage property that is so convenient for transportation and dining, and walking to Dean Village. Well worth the value compared to other properties around.
