"Excellent location right next to Waverly station,have stopped before and would probably stop again due to its location. Room was a little small and spartan but was lovely and clean,only had a shower and the towels were very small. Had kettle and tea and coffee gear but only used cheap nasty paper cups. "

"Very nice hotel. We had a super clean and spacious room, the beds were very comfortable. We loved the carafe in our room that we could fill up as needed, lovely little Scottish biscuits provided along with the usual tea and coffee. Very centrally located and friendly helpful staff. And a fabulous view of Edinburgh Castle! "

"The Hilton Carlton was a perfect hotel to stay while wanting to explore all that Edinburgh has to offer. Old Town and New Town seemed only a few steps away. There were plenty of dining and shopping options all in proximity. The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. The hallways were a bit of a maze, but helped us get out steps in! Also love Ms the spiral staircase down to the exercise room. "
