When we arrived went to the room to leave our stuff as heading to Christmas market. When git back needed the shop so headed there first. We came back my son asked coukd he turn on the tv all the channels were bad so went downstairs to reception to inform them to be told that no other room have complained about the tv told him literally threw bags in the room as had plans. So went outside to go back to the room to find staff in the room where my 13 year old son was wasnt impressed about that anyway wasnt expecting anything to be done due to the time which thoughts was ok like get over it. Then 0600 the phone rings to say it my wake up call told them i didnt ask for one for the man said ya did and gave my room number was like i did not apologised put phone down so been up since 0600 not a happy person. Only thing they seem interested in this morning was my checking out. I wont be back there again 4* hotel but felt like 2* service. Also have loom roind the room not as clean as ya think lampshades

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Their kindness and friendly nature are so wonderfyl to experience. The room was spotless and the beds are very comfy. Excellent stay!

We needed last minute reservations and they accommodated us. We actually got nicer rooms than we booked. The only bad thing was the lunch service. It took about 45 minutes. We ordered toasted sandwiches which came out cold and not toasted. How hard is it to make a toasted sandwich?

This has got to be the noisiest hotel I have stayed in. Room doors slam shut, loud and noisey guests moving around the corridors, on the 1st morning I had to ask hotel cleaning staff to keep the noise down outside my room at 07:45hrs. All 3 mornings breakfast was cold, I complained to reception only to be told the hotel was busy and there was not a lot they could do about it. I have previously stayed in other hotels within this group and had nothing but a fantastic stay, this time however was a pretty poor show.
