"It was closed your Pic was from a year ago it is covered in scaffolding and not open for 6 months I paid in advance and had to pay again at a sister Hotel (Raddisson) who demanded £2900. when I had pd over £3400 to Expedia. "Bathroom: allthrough Clean, looks very designer spec. It is not realy pratical. Hooks are round horizontal pegs that allow whatever you try to hange on them to end up on the floor. A bent nail would have been more pratical.Sihk does not have a plug , it is designed that way , so tap must be left running and thats no good for the environment. Shower tended to leave a large puddle on the floor as it only has a half screen.Didnt like paper cups for the tea or coffee,. Again what a waste over a...

"Requested bed guards and high chair. None provided on arrival. Had to wait an hour for a high chair to arrive once checked in. Next day had to request more towels and glasses as only 2 towels left for family of four, dressed gowns were taken away and not replaced next morning too. Cocktails looked nothing like what we asked for (strawberry daiquiris). Nice clean hotel, over priced and not what I would expect from this chain of hotels and the price we paid for the suite for 2 nights. "
