I was impressed with the room and the location which was in the heart of Shinjuko with lots of restaurants in the area. It was also easy to get to the subway which was also within walking distance. I experienced the spa with a massage and it was one of the best massages I have had. The spa is located on the 45th floor with an outstanding view of the city. The beds were extremely comfortable which made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was great and offered many choices. I definitely recommend this hotel."
