Even though the room was almost empty, only a few people were sleeping in the capsule in my part of the capsule. One of them had a bad cough and I could hear it throughout the night. The noise from the air conditioning was intense. The capsule was spacious.
Eegee stay was a nice hotel next to a number of restaurants next to the train station. With a town like Omiya, that already has plenty to see and do, getting to anywhere else in the Tokyo area is a breeze. This is definitely a good choice if you want to travel around the Tokyo area. If you're looking for a hotel to stay at after arriving at Haneda airport, it's just about an hour away through the train system, so I couldn't recommend enough! And the staff are very helpful too! If you ever have any questions or concerns, they are quick to help and friendly as well! A great stay all around!
Station was very closeby, lots of restaurants and shops around to explore. The free curry was good, also had free drinks and ice cream.
The room was clean, had a safe for important things while you leave. Rooms are separated by a curtain so you can hear if people are loud while walking past, but for the most part, people are quite respectful and quiet. Also had a stock of manga to past time.
The shared bathrooms were clean, equipped with necessary ammenities. The showers were a bit old, but good.
Overall, very good for its price.
Treehouse themed capsule hotel. Around 4-5 minutes from Omiya Station and many restaurants around the area. Just opened this year so the facilities are still clean and have that “new” feel to it. My biggest pet peeves would be the capsule “doors” are only curtains and the walls are thin (though that’s expected for Japanese hotels). The staff was nice and willing to help you though they can’t speak English very well.
