"This is the best hotel to stay in Manhattan. Unfortunately there was vast numbers of students on a conference that overwhelmed the hotel’s amenities and elevators as well as excessive noise at night. Amazing Hotel, just be careful when you stay."

"I truly enjoyed the hotel staff how clean everything was room was kept very clean. The staff was always helpful and treated me so good. I will always come back to the Motto."

Unfortunately we were in a room that had an adjoining door, and the guests staying next to us were very loud and came in during early morning hours and slammed doors and talked loudly. The four elevators were also very slow with servicing the 40 floors. We had to wait quite a bit just to get to lobby."

"A lot of construction happening during our stay. We booked here because parking was $40 a day. The lot was full all weekend so we were forced to pay $75 dollars a day. "
