"Great hotel, great location next to the tower bridge, unfortunately the bath tub was very dangerous and almost injured myself due to the height of the tub. Otherwise, very beautiful hotel!"

"The rooms are small and basic, but the finishing/fixtures are modern and smart looking. Be aware that any sounds coming from the bathroom will be heard very clearly in the room! There was a problem with the fan/air con in the room, which being windowless, is definitely needed. Staff were fantastic and had maintenance sort it immediately. They also said if it couldn’t be fixed, another room would be offered. Really happy overall with the stay, and great location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus."
