The hotel was perfect for my visit this time and very convenient for town. Had to pay a £20 security deposit which is normal, however this is still yet to be returned. Other than that, great!

All areas of hotel that I saw were clean and tidy. My room was in basement; included air con unit which I did not use but would be a boon in summer as no window. Room and toilet/shower clean, bed comfortable and clean. A few odd observations: Nice looking shallow sink in en suite with hot and cold water plumbed the wrong way round. Kettle wont fit under tap. But the weirdest thing is that when I returned about 11pm there were a crowd of teenagers sitting on patio smoking spliffs. I assume they were known to hotel staff on reception a few feet away. Quite a risky thing to turn a blind eye to on a licenced premises. I think it would make some guests uncomfortable.

I had a single room in the basement (no windows, no problem) on the 1st of July 2024 as I went to the O2 Empire to watch a band. The hotel is right next to Shepherds Bush Tube station (20 minute ride from Euston Square). the Empire is a short walk away. Access to the hotel is through a single railing gate, to the side of a double gate. Very happy with the Hotel and it suited my overnight needs. The staff are friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. No meals available. Small courtyard to chill in. small reasonably priced bar. Several pubs nearby, plenty of takeaway food outlets. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay at boutique hotel!
Loved the front desk staff, cleaned our room every day & left extra goodies for us each day, great tea selection in the room, great a/c that you can control. Our room was in the basement, but it was spacious, had a skylight, and was clean. They even have a little bar where you can get alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks including coffee, and snacks at all hours.
