Service - The hotel is understaffed so it takes an eon to get through to the front desk and long wait times if you go in person. I wanted to change my initial room because it was next to the elevator and too noisy for me. Staff and management told me the hotel was fully booked. Eventually I had my room changed but I later checked both Expedia and the hotel’s own website - plenty of free rooms were available for booking.
Room service - for the apartment rooms, if you are staying less than one week, you have to request housekeeping. Nevertheless at 3.40pm on my second day I requested my room was cleaned. At 9.30pm when I returned I discovered it had not been cleaned. It was eventually done after a second request by 10.15pm.
Noise - in my new room I heard hammering all afternoon. I mentioned this to reception and was told they would investigate but that there was no construction work in the hotel (this was a surprise to me as I literally bumped into a worksman with building materials in the lift. Anyway, later that evening (at 10pm) just as I was trying to get to sleep the hammering started again. I called reception and was told that the work was going on in the restaurant and that they would put a stop to it. The noise did stop. On Saturday afternoon as I was sitting foyer the hammering started again.
Room - tiny bathroom/no bath. Shower had very low pressure. Bizarre/uncomfortable furniture. No table or dining chairs despite having a kitchenette. Uncomfortable bed.
