"We love the Fisherman's Wharf area and this is our second stay here due to how reasonable the rates are for an excellent location and well-kept modern hotel. We didn’t have a car so we can’t comment on the parking. Highly recommend. "

"We had an excellent stay at the Chancellor, a beautiful, historic hotel right on Union Square. I particularly appreciated the bottle of champagne the hotel laid on in our room, unprompted, when I let them know we were there to celebrate my friend's 40th. Would definitely stay again!"

The hotel is well-situated in a safe neighborhood and is a brisk 25-30 minute walk away from the pier/fisherman's wharf.
