"Very gracious helpful staff. Only complaint was our room was at 60 degrees and not warm when we arrived 8:30 pm I feel once the room is charged they should check temp of room to prepare. Also ice we didn’t know where or if there was a ice machine or how to get ice Manager was accommodating when asking for help I would definitely stay again! Great view "
