"Nice for pre-cruise stay. Was able to get checked into room in early morning after arriving in Miami. Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option. Comfortable waiting area if waiting for room to be ready."

"The room had a small coffee pot, microwave, and small refrigerator. The hot breakfasts were also very nice. No phones in the rooms, though, so no way to call the front desk, and no way to call friends in other rooms unless both parties had cell phones and were able to use them."

"The staff is amazing!!!! Carol in the morning is a sweetheart so is Mary Anne and Ryan at 7 pm. It just been an amazing stay! I am sorry I do not know the maintenance guy name. He is also just the best. Everyone is so welcoming warm and helpful. We love it here!!!!!"

"I really want to give 5 stars but the when you walk off the elevator to go to the apartment there is an overwhelming musty smell. Then when we were in our apartment the smell was so bad, we got there at 3:30am and I had been driving over 12 hours so at that point I just wanted to sleep and worry about it tomorrow. We bought airfresher the next day, it’s not like we planned to be in the room often, and decided to just deal with it. The couch and the dining chairs really need to be replaced. ...

"Had a pleasant stay. Customer service was top notch and the breakfast was table service and included with your stay. Very nice surprise. Spacious rooms and large bed. Very nice decor inside. Quiet and neat. Would recommend staying here and is on our list of visit again. Thank you. "
