"I stayed here because I wanted something within walking distance of the Bank of America Stadium for a concert I was attending. It was about a 20 minute walk and along the way there's a bunch of other places fairly close thay you can check out! The room was very clean and it was quiet. The only noise i reallly heard was the Charlotte Metro running but even that noise kind of faded in the background. The staff were all friendly and there was valet parking available so you didnt have to worry about trying to find a parking spot. My only complaint, and this is me being a little nit picky, the room did not have a microwave which surprised me since most places I've stayed at usually had one. Also the entrance to the hotel is a little confusing and can be a little difficult to find if you've never had the experience of staying in Charlotte. The address is on South Caldwell Street but that's technically the back part of the hotel. The front side where you turn into for the valet parking is actually on East 3rd Street so just keep that in mind if you use a GPS to navigate yourself there. Other than that the place is great! I only stayed for one night so I didn't get the chance to check out the bar, restaurant, or rooftop terrace but those are some amenities that are available. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"You can tell by the name this is not a name brand hotel. The owner purchased the building when the other brand sold one of its line of hotels. You can also tell he is trying to put in as much love into this hotel as much as he can. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff. Every person we met greeted us with a smile and basic conversation. The maintenance man was painting in the hallway and made sure he was not in our way, which he wasn’t. There are some kinks they are working out internet issues, new fixtures for the kitchen area in the rooms and no breakfast. The staff more than made up for it. Plus they have coffee in the lobby all the time so that was a huge plus for me. The hotel itself was clean and felt safe. This made my hubby happy as it was our daughter and I traveling. Also, great location to get anywhere. Good luck to the owner. We are rooting for you!"

"Good location, has a gas station right in front of it and a Cracker Barrel. Room was comfortable and clean, the restroom size was a bit small and the bathtub and toilet were too tight. Breakfast was great and had pretty complete options. Staff was attentive and kind. Thanks!"

"This hotel is absolutely the best around for the price. The rooms are so clean. You can smell how clean it is when you walk into the hotel. The breakfast is pretty good and they have the pool, hot tub, and gym. James at the front desk is so helpful and professional. As a travel nurse I give this place 5 stars! I've stayed here for most of my contract"
