"This house has a LOT of space. Which is great for a large group. I will say, the reviews did not lie--the layout is very strange. It is good in a way because if you have a lot of guests, you don't feel like you are on top of one another. The staircases on the back side of the house are STEEP. If you have any kind of disability or immobility they are not friendly at all. But the front of the house has more regular steps, still a bit steep. "There were four adults and we all had a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The living room was spacious and lovely and comfortable. The guys loved the golf cart and used it to play golf at Regatta Bay almost every day we were there. The location is wonderful and quiet and safe."

"This property is centrally located and we easily biked around to everything. There were restaurants and a gas station in walking distance. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly and quiet. The bed was so comfortable, and the adjustable head of bed was so nice! I feel the price may have been on the high side due to Spring Break. I’d like to stay again and hope the price may be more reasonable in other times of the year.Overall, we loved the place and the location."

Booking, check-in, our time in the house, and check-out, was seamless and he stayed in touch with me the entire time! Would definitely book again!"

"We just needed a place for a couple of nights so that we could make the day trip to Dry Tortugas NP. This fit the bill! It wasn’t fancy but we felt safe and were easily able to fit our family of 5. But I wouldn’t have stayed for longer than 2 nights as we would’ve been cramped. We had everything we needed and all the necessary instructions ahead of time. And the view off of the back deck was pretty incredible! Also, if you don’t have a sound machine, be prepared for a rooster alarm clock!"

"I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location"

"The property is beautiful, airy and clean. It's beautifully decorated and has a modern beach feel.This was by far the nicest property we have stayed at in seacrest. Everything we could possibly need was provided at the rental. With an abundance of towels which personally I loved. The bikes came in very handy for our kids and having access to all the beach chairs was a nice bonus so we didn't have to bring any with us. "Tranquility was just that! This home is right on the beach in a row of houses. You pretty much have the beach to yourself but all the fun is right around the corner! Great location. The home is older and has lots of character. Very clean and everything you need. The swing is nestled in the dunes with a beautiful view of the gorgeous beach and gulf.
