"We really like this hotel. My relatives who live in the city live nearby and the staff is very friendly. Nicole who works in the Rooftop bar is fantastic - friendly, thoughtful and very customer service oriented. She found a beautiful table for my party and we had a great time. I'd also like to recognize the staff in Dreams for their hospitality. Our room had a great view and was very spacious. We did have two issues, however: The shower in the master was very difficult to regulate water...

"This is a very basic motel. It's the type of place you stop at when you've been driving somewhere and just need a safe place to sleep. The bed sheets were thin but clean. The air conditioner was broken. The bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned since the last guest, but everything else was clean. The sink was small but worked fine. Very appreciative of having a free water dispenser right next to the food vending machines."

"i cannot check in because the hotel was closed due to the maintenance. so i have to find another hotel to stay, and need to spend additional money, time, and labor. next day morning, i visited the hotel again, but there was still under construction. very disappointed at the hotels.com reservation. "A very pleasant hotel stay. The room was spacious and in good condition. The beds were soft and clean, but the pillows were very thin. Water dispensers on each floor were a welcome surprise. Breakfast was basic but good. Can't beat the convenient location for the Expo Center."

"5 minute walk to Walmart and Santa Maria Hospital. Let us leave the car extra time so we didn’t have to park at hospital. Restaurants good within 4 blocks. Decorating in room older but bathroom recently upgraded. Bed was comfortable. Room had small kitchen with fridge, 4 burner, micro wave and sink. TV small and only one English channel. Missed watching olympics."
